Vacuum system
Its main function consists in cooling of an EPS block after the molding by means of maintaining reduced pressure inside the blockmold.
Vacuum treatment of the blockmold interior helps stabilize the growth of EPS beads. It takes less time to complete the molding cycle in comparison with self-cooling. As the result the overall output is increased.
Its pressure fluid is water.
- Cooling cycle without vacuum pump — 30 min.
- Cooling cycle with vacuum pump only — 3 min.
- Cooling cycle with sistem: vacuum pump + vacuum accumulator — 30 sec.
There is practically no parts in rubbing contact within the workspace of the machine, that is why it is highly durable and reliable. A distinguishing feature of the machine is tolerance to extreme heat procedures, its resistance to dirt particles and other abrasion.
